a great attention getter and provide the perfect forum for discussing creativity, encouraging students to talk about not only the creative process involved in the product, but also the necessity of PRACTICE. They learn it isn't enough to have a fabulous creative idea if it isn't backed up by quality product execution --without that the idea is lost. I sometimes begin the class with a video, followed by the discussion, and then jump into the day's work.
Is it possible to be "creative" with our bodies? How important is PRACTICE to CREATIVITY in this clip?
